When we asked the front desk staff member about the parking situation, he informed us that there was a big convention (Bikers Against Child Abuse) in town and the hotel rented out their parking spaces. We ended up having to go five blocks away from the casino and parked our car on the street which was dark and unsafe. We found the parking lots but the gates were closed and there were no attendants at the gates. We exited the parking garage and crossed the street to look for parking lot A B,C. He just looked up for brief second and looked back down at his phone and muttered : go across the street and look for lot A, B, C. We approached and asked him if there was additional parking available. On our way out of the garage, we saw a security guard standing at the end of the garage, looking down on his phone. The rest of the parking garage (the 7th floor) was full. 3-6 were all barricaded off without any explanation whatsoever. Parking garage sign said Guests Self Parking in from 3-7 floors. After three hours waiting for a rental car (Hertz) we finally arrived at Flamingo a little after 1 o'clock in the morning.
